Disclosure Policy

1. Disclosure Standards

The Company discloses information to the public timely and adequately in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Regulations (the “Regulations”) enacted by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc (“TSE”), and other applicable laws and regulations such as the Companies Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
The Company also strives to disclose information deemed to be important for investment judgment proactively and fairly, even when the information does not fall within the scope of the Regulations.

2. Information Disclosure Method

The Company discloses information via the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) provided by TSE in accordance with the Regulations. The Company discloses reports such as Annual Securities Reports based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act via EDINET of Financial Services Agency.
Disclosed information shall also be promptly posted on the company website. Information that does not fall within the scope of the Regulations will also be posted accurately and fairly using an appropriate method.

3. Future Prospects

Forecasts on the future business performance and other information in the Company's disclosure materials are judged under certain condition based on past results and the information available at the time of disclosure. Actual performance may differ significantly from these forecasts due to various risks and uncertainties.

4. Quiet Periods

The Company observes "Quiet Periods" each quarter beginning on the day following the closing date of its financial accounts and ending with the public disclosure of quarterly results to prevent leakage of information on financial results and maintain fairness. During this period, we refrain from responding questions or making comments related to the financial results.
