Sanken Electric to Strengthen Sales in Europe and North America
Sanken Electric Co., Ltd. (“Sanken Electric") is moving ahead on expanding its sales capabilities for Europe and North America. Activities have already started in both the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, the Company’s U.S. base, and near Frankfurt am Main, Germany, the base in Europe. However, to further enhance customer support in the Europe and North America zones, Sanken Electric is moving ahead on a series of actions from December 2022, including the opening of new offices, employing new staff and establishing a technical center (still at conceptual stage). Power semiconductors are taking on an increasingly important role for the realization of energy saving and carbon neutrality, and Sanken Electric will develop new customers for automotive and industrial equipment through such items as power modules and digital IC that are being focused on for a growth strategy, which will lead to greater sales.
