Sanken Electric Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Hiroshi Takahashi) is pleased to announce that the Company has been selected for inclusion in the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index for the first time. In addition, Sanken Electric has been reaffirmed as a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, both of which are ESG-focused indices developed by FTSE Russell.
The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index is designed to measure the performance of Japanese companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. The index is widely utilized by investors in the creation and assessment of sustainable investment funds and other investment products.
