New Product Information

  • White and fancy color LEDs
    We have realized soft toned white LEDs by combining long-life blue LEDs and various fluorescent materials. These LEDs are ideal for Christmas trees, gardening, and more.
  • Multi-chip LED module
    This is a lighting line light source. It consists of white fluorescent material power LEDs characterized by high luminance efficiency and low thermal resistance. A high color rendering type and an RGB type are also available.
  • GaN on Si blue LED
    This is a GaN LED that uses an Si substrate. It features low thermal resistance, long life and excellent cost performance. This is a high ESD tolerance product that incorporates a surge protection element. It is available also in green , blue and white versions.
