Headquarters and Niiza Plant obtain ISO14001 certification

Sanken Electric Co., Ltd. announced that our headquarters (3-6-3 Kitano, Niiza-shi, Saitama Pref. -Designs, develops and manufactures semiconductor products) and the Niiza Plant (1-13-19 Nakano, Niiza-shi, Saitama Pref. - diode chip plant) recently acquired ISO 14001 certification. ISO 14001 is an international standard established by the International Organization for Standardization for the certification of environmental management systems.

Since receiving this certification, our Headquarters and the Niiza Plant has been focusing on the reduction of wastes, the prevention of water and soil pollution, and the conservation of resources and energy, based on our environmental management system oriented around conference bodies called the Environmental Committee and the Niiza Environmental and Safety Management Committee.
